If you are experiencing difficulty with your
website, FTP directory, or email, please ensure that you have tested
your internet connection to ensure you are up and running with your
provider.
Before You Contact Support:
If you are unable to access your website, FTP directory, or email,
please try to browse to another site such as Microsoft.com or CNN.com.
If you can't connect to websites, please call your Internet
Service Provider.
If you are able to surf to other websites, but you still can't connect
to your website, FTP directory, or email then please contact us.

If possible, please have a detailed explanation of the problem with
the time and date the problem occured, including any error messages,
ready before you call.

Please ensure that you eliminate the word REMOVE from the email
address in the To: field of your email.

The response time on average is 4 to 8 hours; we can't guarantee
a set time but we will respond as quickly as possible.
BILLING INQUIRIES
Invoices are sent out monthly and due
upon receipt. If you have a problem with your invoice, require a
copy of an invoice or have a question about hosting rates, overages
