The survey component of the Feedback Express Suite is for retailers seeking detailed and demographic-based information. How your retailers survey their customers can be greatly expanded using "tombstone" data collected from each customer, such as location, age, gender, household income or marital status.

The survey component also offers "skip-logic" - a sequential method of questioning that asks the following question dependent on the answer before it. But when coupled with "tombstone information", the system will automatically present questions based on demographics as well as the previous answer.

EXAMPLE:
Survey: Please provide your age: -24 | 24-30 | 31-40 | 41-50 |51-60 | 60+
Application: If -24 is selected, ask question a (Question a: Do you shop at discount retailers?)
Application: If 24-30 is selected, ask question b (Question b: How likely are you to shop at bulk-based stores?) And so on ...
