The eSurvey and eComment card applications, both for the web and IVR are managed by your company in-house yet hosted and maintained by Halex. You set up the surveys using a simple browser-based interface and manage the survey and comment cards by inputting the questions to be asked. You can also set up the kind of reports you want. The applications allow you to edit, control and interact with the data despite it being hosted through us. From the client's perspective, the entire product appears as though it's fully managed and maintained by your company.
