The eSurvey and eComment card applications, both
for the web and IVR are managed by your company in-house yet hosted
and maintained by Halex. You set up the surveys using a simple browser-based
interface and manage the survey and comment cards by inputting the
questions to be asked. You can also set up the kind of reports you
want. The applications allow you to edit, control and interact with
the data despite it being hosted through us. From the client's perspective,
the entire product appears as though it's fully managed and maintained
by your company.
The Feedback Express Suite gives a retailer or
restauranteur a platform to simply and effectively derive information
from their customers. Feedback Express offers a comment component,
a survey component and both can have an instant reward attached.
The web and IVR components for the survey and
comment cards have been developed to be extremely user-friendly.
The step-by-step set up of the questions asked is intended to walk
users effortlessly through each survey and comment cards with simple
multiple choice answers. The surveys and comment card interfaces
